Following a 38+ years career based on sales and customer services, my transition into Real Estate felt seamless. I had often been chided about being a “natural” salesperson, and was drawn to the challenge of negotiation as an integral part of my business. I was fortunate to meet a core group of dedicated clients as I began my career, and have honed my skills as an Open House aficionado in the years since. Today, over 90% of my business comes from those I meet at such events, plus referrals and random interactions during my daily walks, at the beach or out for coffee.
