Marina Tourney has spent a decade in real estate, recently bringing her passion for helping to buy and sell homes to Keller Williams Pacific Estates in October of 2014, where she has closed approximately $5 million in sales in less than two years.
Prior to arriving at KWPE, Marina spent five years as a realtor at Coldwell Banker Real Estate in the Los Angeles area and three years at CCR Properties Inc., also in Los Angeles. She grew up in Playa del Rey and compares the “small town, busy town” feel of PDR to Long Beach.
Before entering real estate, Marina helped build and served as co-owner of Panini Cafe in West Hollywood, where she also acted as general manager for nine years, an experience she said helped prepare her for the world of real estate.
“Restaurant management showed me that my reputation is only as good as my last transaction and that my success relies on being consistent and working hard. I put in great effort to deliver on my promise of great service.”
Marina enjoys working with buyers and sellers at all different phases of their lives and careers in the Los Angeles, Long Beach, Orange County and San Fernando Valley areas. Clients describe her as “knowledgeable, dedicated and professional,” as well as “a realtor that listens to your needs.”
Aside from real estate, Marina’s other full-time job is being a mother to two young boys, ages 3 and 1.
“Raising two boys as a working parent truly fuels my desire to show my sons what hard work looks like. I grew up watching my mom juggle home, family and run a successful business, and I want to instill in them those same values. I want them to know that the best investment they can make is in themselves.”
